Silent Scope 3

[Falcon walks out of the enemy leader's base which has already been destroyed and as he stands outside, Col. Robert appears on the top of the submarine]

Robert:
Ha, ha, ha. You really did it! The mission was a stunning success.

Falcon:
[regretful] No, I failed... I couldn't secure the Doctor...

Robert:
The Doctor? Ha, ha, ha, ha. Well that's true, saving the Doctor was part of the mission, but no need to worry. The Doctor is safe and sound. He's in my lab right now researching the final stages of the Clone Weapons Project.

Falcon:
[puzzled] Your lab...?

Robert:
Hm, hm, hm, hm. It seems a sharp guy like you, couldn't put the piece together. I'll spell it out to you as a reward for completing the mission. When the Doctor was kidnapped, the Government started an investigation. I was really worried that we were conducting Clone Weapon experiment, especially since they are so close to completion. Luckily, they didn't expect that I, a Marine Colonel was the mastermind behind the organization. Therefore, I stepped forward to neutralize the terrorist threat as the Commanding Officer. And with your fabulous performance, everyone will believe that the threat has been eliminated. Even the Government fools believe it, leaving no one to interfere with my plans! Ha, ha, ha, ha!

Robert:
[angrily betrayed] And I played the fool and danced like a puppet on a string...!

Robert:
Not at all! You were masterful in your effort to help me. You may have cost me a fortune in facilities and useful pawns, but that doesn't matter either. Since there is much more money out there, and pawns can be cloned from the weapons I saved. I do sincerely thank you, Falcon. You've been most useful.

[Falcon aims his sniper rifle at Robert]

Robert:
What's wrong, Falcon? Why the long face?

[Robert pulls out his sniper rifle and aims at Falcon]

Robert:
Hm, hm, hm, hm. I'm not surprised you're a bit beat. The whole thing's been a great success. [evil tone of voice] Now, why don't you just relax...
