Funny business, a woman's career the things you drop on the way up the ladder so you can move faster. You forget you'll need them again when you get back to being a woman. It's one career all females have in common, whether we like it or not being a woman. Sooner or later, we've got to work at it, no matter how many other careers we've had or wanted.
Genius sits in a glass house -- but in an unbreakable one --conceiving ideas. After giving birth, it falls into madness. Stretches out its hand through the window toward the first person happening by. The demon's claw rips, the iron fist grips. Before, you were a model, mocks the ironic voice between serrated teeth, for me, you are raw material to work on. I throw you against the glass wall, so that you remain stuck there, projected and stuck. (Then come the lovers of art and contemplate the bleeding work from outside. Then come the photographers. New art, it says in the newspaper the following day. The learned journals give it a name that ends in ism.)
Gentlemen, you are now about to embark on a course of studies which will occupy you for two years. Together, they form a noble adventure. But I would like to remind you of an important point. Nothing that you will learn in the course of your studies will be of the slightest possible use to you in after life, save only this, that if you work hard and intelligently you should be able to detect when a man is talking rot, and that, in my view, is the main, if not the sole, purpose of education.
Genuine success is never meant to come to you on a platter of gold/silver. Yes, you ought to either create it yourself, work it out yourself, go for it proactively/courageously/unyieldingly or you associate with those who are already successful and who are willing to act as catalysts towards the actualization/realization of your own prospective genuine success.
Genuine success is never meant to come to you or anyone else on a platter of gold or silver. Yes! you ought to either create it yourself, work it out yourself, go for it proactively, courageously and unyieldingly or you associate with those who are already successful and who are willing to act as catalysts towards the actualization or realization of your own prospective genuine success.
God does not judge us by the multitude of works we perform, but how well we do the work that is ours to do. The happiness of too many days is often destroyed by trying to accomplish too much in one day. We would do well to follow a common rule for our daily lives--DO LESS, AND DO IT BETTER.
God has never changed and he can't change. Oh! yes, God is ever constant. Yet, he changes all things unquestionably/unchallengeably. And so, he will do whatever he has predestined/promised you. Listen up, you shouldn't ask/know how/when he will do it. Because you don't need to ask/know when/how he will do it. The fact is this, he (God) can and he will certainly do all that he has promised/planned to do for you. Come on, just take a look at where you've been and where you are presently. For, you will surely realize that he (God) is already at work in you.
God is at work in your life presently. Although you are not spiritually sensitive. But, take this from me, God is gradually directing your steps towards goodness or goodies. And so, sooner or later whatever you thought was a setback to you is going to turn out to become a divine set-up for your own betterment. Yes of course, that's what will be your portion if only you believe just that.
God is often more concerned with your availability than your ability i.e. God is more interested in you to become available for him to use you as he longs. Yes! because he (God) can and will effortlessly empower or strenghten you even when you are extremely weak. Therefore, you've got to make yourself available for him. For, he truly longs to use you for every good work. He also desires to use you to change lives positively. He equally longs to use you to add value to lives. He as well longs to use you to make positive impact in your generation or world. Above all, he (God) longs to use you. So, that you will eventually leave for yourself and posterity ahead landmarks and footprints that will surely outlive you. Now, that you are inspired and informed. Wouldn't you rather make yourself available for him (God) to use you as he wills or longs? I hope you will do just that. Because, you will surely be glad that you did someday.
Going to work for a large company is like getting on a train. Are you going sixty miles an hour or is the train going sixty miles an hour and you're just sitting still

Gonzo journalism is a style of reporting based on William Faulkner's idea that the best fiction is far more true than any kind of journalism -- and the best journalists have always known this. True gonzo reporting needs the talents of a master journalist, the eye of an artist/photographer and the heavy balls of an actor. Because the writer must be a participant in the scene, while he's writing it -- or at least taping it, or even sketching it. Or all three. Probably the closest analogy to the ideal would be a film director/producer who writes his own scripts, does his own camera work and somehow manages to film himself in action, as the protagonist or at least a main character.
Good and evil, reward and punishment, are the only motives to a rational creature: these are the spur and reins whereby all mankind are set on work, and guided.
Good leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens people feel centered and that gives their work meaning.
Good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and deal with them.
Gradualness, gradualness, and gradualness. From the very beginning of your work, school yourself to severe gradualness in the accumulation of knowledge.
Happiness does not come from doing easy work but from the afterglow of satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded our best.
Hard work is advisable and encouraging too. But, mind you it doesn't really make anybody rich. Yes! it's God's blessing that actually makes a person rich. Hard work adds less or nothing to it (Proverbs 10 : 22).
