Challenges of life are by no means meant to weaken any human. Rather, they are designed to strengthen you. That is to say, whenever one is challenged, he or she is indirectly being energized for the task ahead. Yes! that’s one of the things that challenges do for us.
Challenges of life do seem heart-rending to some people i.e. challenges seem to be causing overwhelming distress to some/most people. But you can/will only be overwhelmed by challenges of life. The moment you mistake them for what they are not. For, as far as I'm corncerned. Challenges are naturally designed to break you and eventually to remould/reform you so that you can be/become who/what you've been destined to be/become.
Change is inevitable to a large extent. Yes! because everyone or everything changes with time. Even if you are reluctant to change personally, positively, attitudinally, intellectually or mentally. God, life and time must change you facially, visually, bodily, emotionally, agewise, healthwise and otherwise. Anyway, your willingness to flow with positive change can help you to be or become vibrant at the highest level and eventually help you to live and enjoy your life to the fullest. Thus, do pave way for positive change.
Character is the most important and differentiating aspect of human life. In my view, when Wealth is lost, nothing is lost; when Health is lost, something is lost; but when Character is lost, everything is lost. You can judge the Character of a woman/man by how she/he treats fellow people who can't do him any good, and how he treats people and animals who can't fight back. Character is the biggest asset, so don't lose it for any price.
Check out the Declaration of Independence You think it promises happiness No no no, it talks about the pursuit of happiness. The PURSUIT We've become a nation of wimps We think we're entitled to everything, we want to legislate ourselves into some cozy little cocoon. Well, forget it, Nature Boy. There are no guarantees. Life is nasty, brutish, and short.
Civilization is built on a number of ultimate principles...respect for human life, the punishment of crimes against property and persons, the equality of all good citizens before the law...or, in a word justice.
Civilization...is a matter of imponderables, of delight in the thins of the mind, of love of beauty, of honor, grace, courtesy, delicate feeling. Where imponderables, are things of first importance, there is the height of civilization, and, if at the same time, the power of art exists unimpaired, human life has reached a level seldom attained and very seldom surpassed.
Class is an aura of confidence that is being sure without being cocky. Class has nothing to do with money. Class never runs scared. It is self-discipline and self-knowledge. It's the sure footedness that comes with having proved you can meet life.
