Social media has greatly contributed to this misinformation. There's no doubt, when we have a public health crisis and people are dying every day, enough is enough. These are the richest companies in the world. ... There's absolutely no reason they shouldn't be able to monitor this better and take this crap off of their platforms that are basically telling people,' Oh, hey, there's problems,' when we know science proves there isn't.
This fight has just begun, that's why, as chairwoman of Senate Rules Committee, I am announcing a series of hearings on the urgent need to pass critical voting, campaign finance, and ethics reforms, including a field hearing in Georgia to hear testimony on the recently enacted legislation to restrict voting in the state.

His broader mission was helping to prepare a new generation of leaders for the next big decision that needed to be made.
We have to have such a momentous session next year, we're going have to do more on the pandemic. All of these things like minimum wage, climate change, that have been sitting around with no action for years and so I've always said during the presidential campaign that we should consider it but it should be leverage.
Mayor Buttigieg really has a slogan that was thought up by Mayor Buttigieg consultants to paper over a thin version of a plan that would leave millions of people unable to afford their health care. Tonight is about grit, and my story, like so many of yours, is one of resilience, i announced my candidacy in the middle of a Minnesota blizzard. And there were a lot of people that predicted I wouldn't even get through that speech, but not the people of my state, and not the people of New Hampshire. You can't take things of value from a foreign country and use them in your campaign. It is illegal. And President Donald Trump is actually putting President Donald Trump out there, and sending out the signals, once again, just like President Donald Trump did in 2016, about dirt on Hillary Clinton, it means that President Donald Trump is engaging in this same kind of behavior.
