Sometimes you struggle so hard to feed your family one way, you forget to feed them the other way, with spiritual nourishment. Everybody needs that.

Sometimes you have students who come from backgrounds where there isn’t a relative or a parent who is involved in engineering, so it’s important that these companies and organizations provide mentors who these students can look to and learn from, if these students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds have mentors to learn from, then they are more likely to look into STEM as a possibility, to be excited by STEM in school.
