We're going to have our elections next week. I'm supporting Kevin McCarthy for speaker, and he'll win that race, and ultimately, you've seen us pull together these last few months and focus on the attack against big government socialism. What they've done to our country and our economy is what's united not only Republicans. But again, we've already won in a number of places Republicans haven't won in decades.

Democrats’ reckless spending and job-killing policies have put our country into a recession and caused record-high inflation, now they’re doubling down on their failed, radical agenda with this massive spending bill that raises taxes on Americans, hires an army of 87,000 IRS agents, and creates … slush funds for their leftist climate allies at the expense of taxpayers.

This legislation comes to the House precisely as Senate Democrats have allegedly struck a deal on their partisan reconciliation bill, pairing up a tone-deaf agenda that on one hand gives billions away in corporate handouts, and on the other hand undoes historic tax cuts implemented by Republicans.

It’s truly unbelievable how out of touch big-government socialists are with the concerns of hard-working taxpayers who are struggling to feed their families and even be able to afford to drive to work, rather than wasting millions of taxpayer dollars on Hollywood show trials attacking their political opponents, and changing bathroom gender designations in the Capitol, Speaker Pelosi and President Biden should get to work fixing the litany of crises that they alone created.

I haven't seen what they're referring to. But it's not surprising that the liberal media wants to keep talking about January 6, because they don't want to focus on all the crises that President Biden's created from inflation to gas prices to the border.

The challenge is that President Biden still won't say yes to American energy, because to replace that Russian oil is the real critical step.

President Biden should immediately reverse his devastating policies that are causing gas prices to skyrocket and are giving Putin leverage against the rest of the world and return to the policies that were working under President Trump to create American energy dominance with gas prices below $2 a gallon, speaker Pelosi and President Biden’s radical Green New Deal agenda will be a major issue in November’s elections.
My focus has been on what we need to do to take back the House GOP, we need to flip a lot more seats that are currently held by Democrats, switching them to Republican, so we can fire( Speaker Nancy) Pelosi.

The only achievements Democrats will have to show for their year of total government control are record breaking inflation, skyrocketing gas prices, millions of illegal border crossings, crime, COVID outbreaks, and deadly failures on the world stage, it’s been obvious to anyone besides liberals in Washington that the American people do not support President Biden’s radical tax and spend bill that would make the crises we face even worse, and they need to bury their Build Back Broke bill with the ghosts of Christmas past.
Inflation crisis, border crisis, energy crisis, confidence crisis and Joe Biden's policies -- that's what the focus needs to be on, and how we can solve these problems that they've created, everybody's been away for Thanksgiving. And now that we're back, we've got to get back focused on the things that matter to families back home.
It seems like any member of Congress you talk to, Republican or Democrat, they've got some kind of frustration with that relationship on the ground with the Corps of Engineers because of how projects work and come out of Washington with a lot of red tape, i'm going to be fighting to make sure they're not left behind, but it's a valid concern that gets raised in times like this.
Republicans are not going to stand idly by. Next week, Republicans on the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus will be having a hearing into the origins of COVID-19, that'll happen Tuesday, we've invited many respected doctors, scientists, as well as members of Congress who have been investigating this on their own to come forward and testify.
It’s hard to speculate on rumors. But if something really formal happened from Justice, we would of course react and take action, there have been a few cases where members have had charges filed against them for various things and we’ve removed them from committees immediately.

First of all, this is nothing like the Bill Clinton and the Nixon impeachment, both sides got to call witnesses under Bill Clinton and under Nixon. The presidents legal counsel was in the room, able to ask questions to the witnesses. ... In fact, the resolution they just passed in a very partisan way gives the chairman the full discretion to kick the presidents legal counsel out of the room and to veto any witnesses that we would call. That was in the resolution.
The time for political games has long passed. Democrats must put their personal dislike of The President aside, end their obstruction, and finally come to the negotiating table. Its time Democrats do what is right for the functioning and security of our nation and agree to a deal that opens our government, and includes funding for a border wall and other measures to solve this serious immigration crisis at our southern border.
This bill takes a bipartisan approach to re-opening the closed portions of the federal government. It pairs the border security investment that our nation needs with additional immigration measures that both Democrat and Republican members of Congress believe are necessary. Unlike the bills that have come from the House over the past few weeks, this proposal could actually resolve this impasse. It has the full support of The President and could be signed into law to quickly reopen the government. the time for political games has long passed.
