Had Heidi Heitkamp voted for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Heidi Heitkamp would have maintained where Heidi Heitkamp was now, except probably would have lost some of Heidi Heitkamp base. Heidi Heitkamp base is much smaller than the pro-Kavanaugh base in North Dakota.
