I commend General Motors leadership for coming to Toledo Powertrain today. The workers deserve that. My questions are : Why did it go this far ? Why did it take multiple incidents over years before it was addressed ? why did I have to leave my career because [ of ] the racial hostility in the work environment ? Why wasn't it taken seriously when these incidents were reported over and over again ? Diversity and inclusiveness should be more than a general statement.
