In the'80s and'90s, we made great strides in treating cardiovascular disease, and I think that's largely a result of public health measures. So decreases in tobacco use, and recognition of this association between cholesterol and cardiovascular disease, if anything, it's flattening out now, so what is the next step ? What is going to keep us on these declines ? Is it going to be public health measures again that are going to do it ?
