Joshua Ballinger Lippincott Rosen (born February 10, 1997) is an American football quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at UCLA, where he received Freshman All-American and Pac-12 Freshman Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2015. Rosen was later selected by the Arizona Cardinals 10th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, but was traded to the Miami Dolphins following the season after the team drafted Kyler Murray. His time with the Dolphins also lasted just a single season, with him being released in 2020 and joining the practice squad of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before serving as a backup with the San Francisco 49ers and Falcons.
