I cannot say that there is any progress in it. We all hope that the humanitarian corridors, which were agreed upon during the last round of talks, would work, unfortunately, at least as we speak, they these humanitarian corridors are not available, because of the Russian fire and shells.

Dmytro Ivanovich Kuleba (Ukrainian: ?????? ???????? ??????; born on April 19, 1981 in Sumy) is a Ukrainian statesman, diplomat and communications specialist, currently serving in the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
