Here's a different version: "Only the innocent die young that their Souls shall
never know the corruption by the wicked, equaly only the wicked live long so
the consequences of their pride shall make them know the gravity of their sins
against the Lord and humble their Souls all the way to their dust"

"Only the good are destined to die young so the purity in their Souls shall never be corrupted, & equaly only the wicked shall live long they may fully
understand how the gravity of their sins has offended the Lord, & thus be humbled all their prideful lives to their dust" Repentance not withstanding.

I grew up in England in the early 60s where Paladin was not televised however, since emigrating to Texas in 2014, I tune in to ME TV and never miss an episode. This is a well-crafted complete storyline with excellent acting delivered in 25-30min is filled with entertainment and memorable quotes - what a Show!

This character had tremendous impact on a 5 year old boy in 1958. Some of my best formulative years were influenced by Paladin. Those were lessons that should be taught more often today.
