Hyacinth:
Very last year, the Caribbean, anyway.

The Waitress:
Two coffees. [notices Hyacinth polishing her fork] Are you having a meal?

Hyacinth:
I don't think so, thank you.

The Waitress:
Need a fork for your coffee, do you?

Hyacinth:

Richard:
