Adam Saunders:

John Reese:
I know. Your uncle told us.

Adam Saunders:
You talked to him?

John Reese:
[nods] He told us about your father... and the $200 he'd send you.

Adam Saunders:
He doesn't know the end of the story. He doesn't know... when I was sixteen, I went looking for my father. I took a train to New Mexico, and I found him. And he had a... a new family. And then when I went to him, he tried to hand me another $200. I didn't want the money. I wanted a family.

John Reese:
And you've had one. An uncle who spent his life slaving away over a food truck counter. For you.

Adam Saunders:
