In 1915 the "Young Turk" Party of the Ottoman Empire, under the leadership of Talaat, Enver, and Djemal, methodically and systematically exterminated one and one-half million Armenians.

This film is based on an actual incident which took place in Berlin in 1921 when a young man assassinated the Ex-Grand Vezir, Tallat Pasha. The names of several individuals portrayed in the fol have been changed to protect their provacy and this film.
