Dr. Evelyn N. Farkas is the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia. Previously she was a senior fellow at the American Security Project, where she focused on stability and special operations, counterproliferation and U.S-Asia policy.
