The Police: Society gives far too much credit and funding to these people. They're not heroes, they're not martyrs and they're not good people, none of them. These people unlawfully arrested me for not having my drivers licence during the covid 19 pandemic, when all the Secretary Of States across America were closed. They should have considered this a special circumstance but they didn't. One of the officers was searching my car and you could her him on cell phone record saying this dude stinks behind my back. They pulled me over for high head beams and impeding traffic. I was doing 30 in a 55 because it was 10:30p.m. and dark outside and I was just exercising caution. I should not be punished for exercising caution, if more people exercised caution there would be a lot less traffic fatalities and a lot less traffic accidents. If people exercised the appropriate amount of caution in all aspects of their lives the worId would be a much safer and better place. I was in a small city late at night and there wasn't much traffic, I wasn't doing anything dangerous to anyone and yet threatened to give me a ticket for impeding traffic. The only ticket the officer could have fairly given me was for failure to turn off my high head beams and yet even after pulling me over and threatening me with tickets for some reason he decided to change his mind and not ticket me at all, not even for the high head beams. I ask myself, why did he pull me over for a crime, threaten to give me tickets and then change his mind. Was it the fact that I called my mother to the traffic stop and he had to explain himself to her, was it the fact that I stood up for myself and argued with him about the charges, was it the fact that the officer and his partner had to explain their misconduct against me I don't know. But what I do know is by him pulling me over for a crime, by him threatening me with tickets and then failure to ticket me for the appropriate crime is an act of corruption no matter how you look at it. This is just one incidence of the Police's misconduct against me, there's other incidences. On another occasion they called me a liar behind my back and maliciously attacked me, deliberately trying to make me look bad for some reason and I was lucky enough to overhear them doing it. These people took my property without my permission and under unjust circumstances and everytime I come into contact with these people they never do there job fairly, for some reason they always tend to make things worse instead of better. These people will shake your hand, they will smile at you, they will pretend to be fair, they will pretend to be your friend, they will tell you to have a nice day and then they will go behind your back and maliciously attack you, slander you, try to turn you into a monster, unlawfully arrest you, obstruct justice, abuse their power, murder you and say it was self defense, they'll say they feared for their lives, but what really happened was they maliciously murdered you. They will convict you of crimes you didn't commit, they will put innocent people on death row and execute them and they don't even give a shit, they'll put you in prison and let people rape you and they say it never happened, they'll say they didn't see it, they'll say the cameras were down, they'll say they wouldn't of let it happen, they'll call you a liar, they'll say your just trying to cause trouble, they'll try to cover all these things up, but the truth is all of these things actually happened and the truth is, is that all of these cops, judges, lawyers, politicians, probation officers, parole officers, correction officers, military officials, media officials, immigration officers, FBI, the entire government and most of its citizens are all corrupt murderers, criminals, and they get away with it because they got the whole system wired in their favor. They cover for each other's misconduct and that's why these murderers running our government keep getting away with all the evil things they do.

He has dozens of young women and men perfectly capable of carrying on his investigative work. Maybe they are less charismatic than he, but they are proof that the Russian opposition is not only virtual and cannot be silenced with the poisoning of its leader. POISONED KREMLIN CRITIC ALEXEI NAVALNY OUT OF COMA AND RESPONSIVE: GERMAN HOSPITAL Navalnys spokeswoman Kira Yarmysh and fellow team member Georgi Alburov front the Tatarstan film, and said they were followed and harassed while shooting by men who blocked their paths with quad bikes or lurked nearby. Some dramatic images along those lines appear in the film.Yarmysh talks about how Tatarstan was supposed to be one of Navalnys stops on his late summer swing through Russian regions ahead of elections. Navalny was lobbying forSmart Voting. He argued that ifhe and people like him couldnt run in elections in Russia, the next best thing wasto simply vote for a candidate who is not from the same party as President Vladimir Putin, United Russia. Navalnyfamously called it the party of crooks and thieves and wantedto chip away at its monopoly on power howeverpossible. He believes Smart Voting can eventually dislodge it from power. GERMANY SUGGESTS HALT TO RUSSIA PIPELINE PROJECT, SEEKS COOPERATION WITH NAVALNY POISONING INVESTIGATION In the documentary from Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan, Navalnys team keeps up his stylistic pace with drone video of what itidentifiesas the palatial homes of the regional president and his family, punctuated withvideoof the vast collection of fancy watches from Patek Phillipe to Breguet worn byleaderRustam Minnikhanov. Even if you dont understand Russian, it is compelling TV, Zafesova said. Navalnys investigations have evolved over the years from merely facts and analysis on his blog to full-scale movies. He invented a whole new way to oppose power, a mix of media and politics which is very important in a censored media environment like Russia and fills the void of free media as well as free debate and an independent judicial system.Navalnys videos are funny, clever, precise and shocking, not just angry denunciations of the wrongdoings of government.

Huffman's lawyers argued that the sentencing guidelines in those cases were much higher and reserved for the mastermind of schemes, not mere participants. Prosecutors, meanwhile, had argued that universities and testing companies were the victims of the schemes, and the amount that parents paid should correspond to the penalties' severity. But US Probation and Pretrial Services, which prepares pre-sentence investigation reports for each defendant, has argued overall, that the universities and testing companies suffered no monetary harm, and the price of the parents' bribes is therefore not relevant to any sentences. Actress Felicity Huffman loved ones wrote letters of support to the judgeMacy and other loved ones submitted letters to Judge Indira Talwani on Huffman's behalf, pleading for leniency. Each letter outlined Huffman's loyalty and commitment to the writer — an attempt to show Actress Felicity Huffman role in the admissions scam was an outlier in Actress Felicity Huffman life. Macy also shed some light on the immediate aftermath of Huffman's early morning arrest by the FBI in March. Two days after the arrest, Macy wrote, their eldest daughter was headed for an audition at a school she had her heart set on — one that didn't require SAT scores. But when Actress Felicity Huffman got off the plane, the school emailed Actress Felicity Huffman, formally rescinding its audition invitation because of the scandal. Its getting late, i would ask you, respectfully, if we could simply start, maybe tomorrow we can start -- and they can make their argument, and they can, I guess, make a case that they once called overwhelming. Well see... Seriously, can we please start ? OOPS ? Joe Biden TEAM TOUTS UKRAINE ACTIVIST WHO CALLED HUNTER BIDENS ACTIONS VERY BAD As Democrats amendments were summarily shot down, reports emerged that some Democrats were privately considering something of a compromise : calling for the testimony of Hunter Biden in exchange for the appearance of some key administration officials. Bidenobtained a lucrative board role with a Ukrainian company while Joe Biden father, Joe Biden, was overseeing Ukrainian policy as vice president. President Trump had asked in President Trump now-infamous July 25 call with Ukraines president for a look into Joe Bidens admitted pressure campaignto have Ukraines top prosecutor fired. Senate Republicans have sought to portray Trumps push for a probe as a legitimate request given the Bidens dealings in Ukraine, while Democrats have alleged that senior administration officials would testify that the administration withheld military aid to Ukraine in order to secure a politically motivated probe. Mike Mulvaney, for example, has publicly argued that there is nothing wrong with tying financial assistance to anti-corruption efforts and other U.S. objectives, even as the administration has denied specifically targeting the Bidens for political purposes. Meanwhile, the barrage of amendments Tuesday night put into doubt whether the senators would have time to meet in a closed session toconverse -- which would be a valuable opportunity, given that the senators were legally barred from having any sustenanceother than water or milk at their desk all day, and could not communicate verbally with one another during the proceedings. The restriction on cellphone possession and oral interaction led some members to pass and flash written notes to each other like students in a classroom, as White House impeachment managers and the presidents legal team traded lengthy legalistic arguments. At one point during the proceedings, former Bill Clinton press secretary and CNN political analyst Joe Lockhart wrote on Cruzs Twitter that Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz could go to.
