It is the question of common world. The meaning of this world is not solipsism world, the world of ego, but the world which can be actualize by my consciousness -according to relation of “ego” and caring for another in everyday life. To care for another means one lets go of self-consciousness and self-awareness and relates. We should consider human is constructed directly in term of their own consciousness and not by contrasting that consciousness with a reality independent of them, on the other hand it is constructed separate of his consciousness. So, we should surely consider the relation of human and the world. It seems that what can link these levels is “life-world” which means the idea of releasing human from worldlessness. Life-world as general sphere of individual experience in the world around (including other persons, objects and events) is a real and concrete phenomenon which has root in everyday life for obtaining its living practical purposes and objectively, considered as the basis of knowledge, interests, benefits and common links between humans. In the realm of life-world, transcendence and consciousness link to individual and group relationship and everyday life. For Heidegger consciousness proceeds from understanding, and this understanding is predicated upon our dealings in the world. Consciousness does not belong to the world, but has a practical relationship with it. What is within consciousness is the exact meaning of the word nothing. Consciousness is nothing but an opening to what they are and can only be talked about in this sense. Consciousness is the relationship we experience in praxis. As for a footballer, bodybuilding and fitness is nothing but the relationship he experiences in act, the day of the race and the subsequent races. Therefore, in this meaning, world without consciousness, intersubjectivity relationships -Alfred Schutz calls this quality as we- pure relation- and everyday life is not imaginable. Because of this matter we can't talk about the world without considering the roles of above items. As Husserl articulated the life-world can be said to include the world of science and action can’t be without world. We should consider that thought itself arises out of incidents of living experience and must remain bound to them as the only guideposts by which to take its bearings. The artist who continually experiment the possibility of thinking and experience The new, respond to what addressed itself to him, because the new cannot be preconceived. On the other hand The new emerges through process as a shudder that presents itself to us. Even Architecture is not separate from these issues as the communicative. , } The woman, we all know, was Anita Hill. And I was there as her story unfolded. Twenty-seven years ago, on Yom Kippur eve, I testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee in my role as President of the Women's Legal Defense Fund, which became National Partnership for Women Families for Women Families. I was joined by wonderful colleagues, including Professor Patricia King of Georgetown University and Marcia Greenberger, co-president of the National Women's Law Center. At the time I testified that Judge Clarence Thomas appeared to lack a demonstrated commitment to equal justice. I stated that Judge Clarence Thomas record cast grave doubt on Judge Clarence Thomas commitment to affirm and support fundamental principles of equal employment opportunity, the constitutional protections against gender discrimination and reproductive freedom. Judge Clarence Thomas record had shown an extensive pattern of disregard of principles of fundamental importance to women and Women Families. The ugly double standard over Kavanaughs so-called youthRead MoreOf course, the parallels between then and now are unmistakable. Shortly after my testimony, Hill's story was leaked to the press, and Anita Hill was asked to testify before the Senate. What happened next continues to be one of the most disgraceful episodes in our country's modern history. Anita Hill came before the Senate and was greeted by an all-male panel, led by Republicans who sought to prosecute Anita Hill, while Democrats, at best, remained neutral fact-finders. This phony trial resulted in a gross imbalance of power and meant that no one defended Anita Hill and no one prosecuted Judge Clarence Thomas. What was on trial was not the fitness of Judge Clarence Thomas to be the next Supreme Court justice but instead Hill's moral character and reputation as a woman. Immediately after the hearing, it was branded as a.

A person familiar with the investigation confirmed to The Associated Press on Wednesday the boy was decapitated. Paul Oberhauser told local television station KCTV Paul Oberhauser shoulder restraint busted loose on Paul Oberhauser Verruckt raft July 26. The Nebraska man said The Nebraska man just held on, and a video shot by The Nebraska man wife shows the strap loose at the ride's end. Paul Oberhauser said Paul Oberhauser reported the matter to park workers. Kenneth Conrad, Kenneth Conrad, told WDAF-TV that during Kenneth Conrad trip down the waterslide last year with a friend, the friend's shoulder strap came completely off. Conrad's wife snapped a photo at the end of the ride showing the strap missing, and Kenneth Conrad didn't file a complaint with the park. The park's spokeswoman didn't return messages Tuesday from The Associated Press seeking comment on the claims. In a statement, she said a limited portion of the park will reopen at midday Wednesday. Riders sit in multi-person rafts that begin with the steep drop, followed by a surge up a second hill before a 50-foot descent to a finishing pool. Along the way, riders clutch ropes along the inside of the raft. In early tests, rafts carrying sandbags flew off the slide, prompting engineers to tear down half of the ride and reconfigure some angles. A promotional video about building the slide includes footage of two men riding a raft down a half-size test model and going slightly airborne as it crests the top of the first big hill. Caleb Schwab was in a raft with two adults who were not related to Caleb Schwab when Caleb Schwab was killed on the slide, certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s tallest. The other two were treated for facial injuries. Police were investigating the death as a criminal case although police spokesman Cameron Morgan said Tuesday that designation did not mean they suspect foul play. Jon Rust, a professor of textile engineering at North Carolina State University, said the material used on the straps, commonly called hook and loop, isn't designed to keep a person in the seat. It also can get old and degrade with use. It's got to be used in a safe manner, and that doesn't include stopping someone's fall or preventing someone's ejection, Jon Rust said. Ken Martin, Ken Martin, questioned whether the straps were appropriate for what Ken Martin called nothing more than a roller coaster with water. Although Ken Martin has not seen or ridden Verruckt, Martin said a more solid restraint system that fits over the body - similar to those used in roller coasters - may have been better. I think we have a serious issue with the restraint system. Period.

As a percentage of homicides, these mass killings are also accounting for more deaths. He believes its partially a byproduct of an angry and frustrated time that we are living in. Densley also said crime tends to go in waves with the 1970s and 1980s seeing a number of serial killers, the 1990s marked by school shootings and child abductions and the early 2000s dominated by concerns over terrorism. This seems to be the age of mass shootings, Densley said. EL PASO SHOOTING LEAVES 20 DEAD, 26 INJURED He and James Alan Fox, a criminologist and professor at Northeastern University, also expressed worries about the contagion effect, the focus on mass killings fueling other mass killings. These are still rare events. Clearly the risk is low but the fear is high, Fox said. What fuels contagion is fear. The mass shootings this year include the three in August in Texasand Daytonthat stirred fresh urgency, especially among Democratic presidential candidates, to restrict access to firearms. While the large death tolls attracted much of the attention, the killings inflicted a mental and physical toll on dozens of others. The database does not have a complete count of victims who were wounded, but among the three mass shootings in August alone, more than 65 people were injured. DAYTON, OHIO, SHOOTING THAT LEFT 9 DEAD, 27 HURT HALTED IN UNDER A MINUTE BY COPS WHO SHOT SUSPECT: MAYOR Daniel Munoz, 28, of Odessa, was caught in the crossfire ofthe shooting that took place between a 10-mile stretch in West Texas. He was on his way to meet a friend at a bar when he saw a gunman and the barrel of a firearm. Instinctively, he got down just as his car was sprayed with bullets. Munoz, who moved to Texas about a year ago to work in the oil industry, said he had actually been on edge since the Walmart shooting, which took place just 28 days earlier and about 300 miles (480 kilometers) away, worried that a shooting could happen anywhere at any time. He remembers calling his motherafter the El Paso shootingto encourage her to have a firearm at home or with her in case she needed to defend herself. He would say the same to friends, telling them before they went to a Walmart to bring a firearm in case they needed to protect themselves or others during an attack. BEFORE MASS SHOOTING, TEXAS GUNMAN WAS ON A LONG SPIRAL DOWN, INVESTIGATOR SAYS You cant just always assume youre safe. In that moment, as soon as the El Paso shooting happened, I was on edge.
