Author's bio:*Required Aliyah Boston (born December 11, 2001) is an American college basketball player for the South Carolina Gamecocks. Born in Saint Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, Boston attended Worcester Academy in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she earned numerous awards, including Massachusetts Gatorade State Player of the Year in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Boston represents the United States of America, and has helped win multiple Gold medals at the youth level. Boston has led South Carolina to two SEC Tournament championships, and one SEC regular season title, and in 2019–20, a final No. 1 ranking in both major polls. She has twice won the Lisa Leslie Award as the best center in NCAA women's basketball.
