Quotes from the news wire:
We have not so much a gun problem; we have a problem with sin and evil. This is an evil thing, when people kill another person, whether it's a pressure cooker or whether it's a gun, we're dealing with people who are either deranged or they're very focused because they want to kill people in the name of terrorism.
Having Kim Davis in federal custody removes all doubt of the criminalization of Christianity in our country. We must defend religious liberty and never surrender to judicial tyranny, i am proud of Kim for standing strong for her beliefs. Who will be next? Pastors? Photographers? Caterers? Florists? This is a reckless, appalling, out-of-control decision that undermines the Constitution of the United States and our fundamental right to religious liberty.
The fact that Hillary Clinton sent 'Top Secret' information from her personal email address is beyond outrageously illegal, it's life-threatening to members of our military and every American citizen. The same action, for anyone serving in the military, would mean a court-martial and prison sentence.
We still went into an appeasement mode with the efforts of Chamberlain, it was disastrous, i'm simply saying when you've had 36 years of Iranian threats to destroy Israel ... when they say that they want to be able to destroy Israel and all the Jews by having them in one place ... those aren't my words. Those are their words.
What's 'ridiculous and sad' is that President Obama does not take Iran's repeated threats seriously. For decades, Iranian leaders have pledged to 'destroy,' 'annihilate,' and 'wipe Israel off the map' with a 'big Holocaust,' 'Never again' will be the policy of my administration and I will stand with our ally Israel to prevent the terrorists in Tehran from achieving their own stated goal of another Holocaust.
Shame on the Obama administration for agreeing to a deal that empowers an evil Iranian regime to carry out its threat to 'wipe Israel off the map' and bring 'death to America.' John Kerry should have long ago gotten up on his crutches, walked out of the sham talks, and went straight to Jerusalem to stand next to Benjamin Netanyahu and declared that America will stand with Israel and the other sane governments of the Middle East instead of with the terrorist government of Iran.
Well, I think states have to decide, do they follow through with legislation and create a law ? The Supreme Court can't create a law, they can invalidate one, but even then the legislative body and the executive branch has to enable legislation, executives have to sign it, they have to enforce it. The courts can't do that.
When you have this attitude that is more about promoting gay marriage and gay rights in the military than it is about being able to protect religious liberty for those people of faith, it's going to be hard to find people that are truly devoted people of faith and Christian believers and Orthodox Jews and others.
When you say 'the wrong side of history,' let's just be reminded that there's been a relatively, and I mean a very relative brief history of same-sex marriage. The overwhelming history is the natural law of marriage, biblical marriage, so I don't think there's a side of history that's overwhelming at this point. People have their opinions.
