Before you were born there was billions of billions of years you didn't exist, and after you are dead there will be billions of billions of years that you wont exist. You don't remember the moment you where born, and you won't rememeber the moment you die. Life is a break between two eternies, a pause you might call it, and when you have a break or a pause, you dont want to work, live in misery, or struggle, but rather to rest, and enjoy yourself and others, and to live life easy, without worrying about what happens after, and certainly not what happened before. What matters is here and now, everything else is not worth worrying about.
